We want to make sure your order reaches you quickly and safely. Below are all the details about how we pack, ship, and deliver your items.
1. Processing Time
All orders are packed and shipped from our location in Western Australia.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
If there are any unexpected delays, we’ll notify you by email.
2. Shipping Options & Rates
We offer both standard and express delivery options at checkout.
Standard Shipping

3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to become active after dispatch.
5. Shipping Delays
We do our best to meet all delivery estimates, but once parcels are handed to the courier, we are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, weather events, or other factors beyond our control. If your order appears lost or delayed, please contact us and we’ll help lodge an enquiry with the carrier.
6. Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order. We cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can re-ship it once the correct details are provided. Additional postage costs may apply.
7. International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping.
8. Missing or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@sleepyseasonco.com.au with your order number.
We’ll assist you in tracking it down or lodging a claim with the courier.
