1. What are your pyjamas made from?
All our PJs are made from soft, breathable fabrics like cotton, bamboo, and cozy blends, designed for all-night comfort and perfect for snuggles and sleepy mornings.

2. Do you have matching family sets?

Our matching family pyjamas come in sizes for everyone, from babies to grown-ups (and even pets sometimes!). Perfect for making memories together, any time of the year. 

3. How do I pick the right size?
We recommend choosing your usual size. If you’re in between sizes, we suggest sizing up for that extra comfy fit, especially if you like a little wiggle room!

4. Are your pyjamas true to size?
Yes, they're designed to be an oversized fit yet true to size. 

5. How should I care for my PJs?
To keep them soft and happy, wash them inside out on a gentle, cold cycle with similar colours. Avoid bleach and tumble drying if you can, line drying keeps them looking fresh and ready for the next family snuggle.

6. Are they suitable for all seasons?
Absolutely! We create lightweight sets for warmer nights and cozy flannels for those chilly family mornings. There’s something for every season and every sleepyhead.

7. Do you make kids’ and baby sizes too?
We sure do! Our collections are made for the whole family - tiny tots, teens, and adults, so everyone can match from head to toe.

8. Can I return or exchange my pyjamas?
We want you to love your PJ's! If they don't fit quite right, we're happy to offer an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, free from fragrance and in its original packaging.

For hygiene purposes, we can't accept returns on worn sleepwear. If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, just reach out to our friendly team on hello@sleepyseasonco.com.au and we’ll help you sort it out.

9. Do you ship Australia-wide (or internationally)?
Yes! We ship right across Australia and to selected international locations. Shipping times and costs will appear at checkout.

10. Will my pyjamas shrink?
Our fabrics are pre-shrunk where possible, but like all cotton-based products, a tiny bit of shrinkage (around 3–5%) can happen after the first wash. Following our care tips will help them last beautifully.
